Why should I book a portrait session for myself?
I get this question so many times and I answer it the same way every time; WHY NOT?!!! The time is now to indulge in an amazing experience of self love, pampering and celebrity for a day feeling. Do it for YOU! Are you always the one behind the camera? How will your children/family remember you? How are you documenting your legacy or that of your family?
What is included in my booking?
Your booking includes a Pre-session consult, (where will talk about outfit choices & styling, locations and more of your personal ideas to make this shoot your very own), professional image retouching, and a Post Viewing session where you will select your printing package and favorite images...lets celebrate your story!
What will I experience during my shoot?
I love getting to know you on an organic level, creating a fun and memorable experience for your portrait session, all you have to do is be YOU! Your session is uniquely styled and designed to capture your natural beautiful self in a modern experience with some soft posing, and a more natural lifestyle approach with an editorial flair. Together we will make beautiful art that you will be proud to hang on your walls. That's what a Honeyshot is all about!
How many looks can I bring for my Portrait session?
You may bring 1-2 looks for your portrait session, which may also include hair and makeup touch-ups to complete your look.
Do I have to order prints through you?
As a full service studio, we offer a modern portrait experience and premium, archival-quality print products. Every image in your package is accompanied by a complimentary digital file and stored in your online gallery, which is password protected, and perfect for ordering gift prints or sharing your favorite images directly to your social media accounts.

Why don't you offer digitals only?
Easy! You can not hang digital files! In the ever evolving digital media, photographic prints stand the test of time. With proper care and handling, your photography prints will last your lifetime and beyond. We believe you are a work of art, worthy of hanging on your walls like any painting or image! As a bonus, all of your selections are accompanied by a digital file that you may share online with your friends and family, the best of both worlds!
Who can see my Gallery?
Once your images are uploaded to your very own online gallery, you will create a password and only those you share it with will have access.
I'm getting married, what is your booking process?
Your Wedding Collection starts with your love story by way of Engagement portraits, included with your booking. Together, we will build a solid timeline to ensure capturing every special moment and those in between, combining all styles (photojournalistic, candids, and traditional portraits) to tell the compelling story of love, family, friends, and moments to cherish for a lifetime. From the First Look to the Last Dance, coverage starts at 6 hours, perfect for a curating a Legacy collection that will stand the test of time. Please call to book at least two months in advance for a smooth process.
